When someone searches "near me," your Maps listing is your first impression.
Plenty of great local businesses look thin online: a half-finished profile, a generic category, a toll-free number, a handful of old photos, and nowhere good to send people. We fix the basics so you look as solid as your work.
A complete, accurate profile
Right categories, services, service area, hours and contact details — the things people check before they call.
A routine for real reviews
A simple way to ask happy customers for a Google review, so new reviews keep coming in naturally.
A page built for phones
A fast one-page site with a big call button, so a searcher can go from your listing to a phone call in one tap.
Built for local businesses that live on Google Maps calls
Different industries, same problem: people pick from the map, and an incomplete profile makes the choice for them.
Cleaning services
People compare a few listings side by side; thin photos and a vague category lose the call.
Plumbing, HVAC & electrical
Urgent "near me" searches are decided fast. Wrong hours or no service area sends the call elsewhere.
Roofing, landscaping & pest control
Service-area listings often show one city and leave out the neighborhoods you actually work in.
Salons, barbers & med spas
Clients check photos, hours and booking before they tap. An outdated profile can look closed.
Dentists & chiropractors
New patients read recent reviews and your replies. Without a review routine, the profile goes stale.
Auto shops
Drivers pick from the map. Missing services or wrong hours cost you the drop-in.
Restaurants & cafes
Hours, menu link and fresh photos decide where people go tonight.
Local professional services
Accountants, insurance agents, realtors and more get vetted on Google before anyone calls.
Don't see your industry? If customers find you on Google Maps and you have a phone number and a real service area or location, you're likely a fit.

What we check on a Google Maps profile
Every project starts with an audit like this one. The example below is illustrative — a made-up local business showing the kinds of issues we commonly look for. It is not a real business or client.
Sample audit: "Example Local Business" (fictional)
Illustrative example| What we check | Example finding | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Primary category | Set to a generic category instead of the most specific one available | Needs fix |
| Services list | No individual services or products listed — only the business name and category | Missing |
| Service area / location | Only one city listed; nearby areas the business serves are missing | Incomplete |
| Phone number | Toll-free / out-of-area number instead of a local number | Review |
| Name, address, phone (NAP) | Business name and phone differ between Google, website and directories | Inconsistent |
| Hours | Hours listed and current | OK |
| Photos | A few photos, none recent; no storefront, team or work photos | Thin |
| Reviews | No routine for asking; recent reviews have no owner replies | No system |
| Website link | Links to a social page — no fast page with a tap-to-call button | Needs fix |
| Google posts | No posts published | Inactive |

Common questions
Do you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google Maps?
No. Nobody controls Google's rankings, and anyone who guarantees a position, a number of reviews or a number of leads isn't being straight with you. What we do is make your profile complete, accurate and easy to act on — so when people find you, you look legit and they can call in one tap.
Do you write, buy or post reviews?
Never. Fake or incentivized reviews break Google's rules and can get a profile suspended. We give you a simple, compliant way to ask real customers for a review — a short text/email script plus a direct link and QR code.
How long does it take?
About 5–7 days from kickoff for the standard pack. If your profile needs verification or has ownership issues, Google's own processes can add time — we'll tell you up front if that's the case.
What does it cost?
The standard pack is a flat $1,200. Depending on how much cleanup your listing needs, scoped work can land between $750 and $2,000 — you'll see the exact price in writing before anything starts. No monthly retainer is required.
Do I need to give you my Google password?
No. You stay the owner of your Business Profile and everything we build. We'll agree on the simplest way to get the access we need on the free review call, and the 15-minute handoff shows you how to run it yourself afterward.
I already have a website. Is this still useful?
Often, yes. We make your Google profile and reviews match your site. If your current site is slow or hard to use on a phone, the one-page site gives people a fast page with a big call button — you decide which one your profile links to.
I already pay someone for SEO.
That's fine — we don't replace them. The pack covers the practical pieces a lot of SEO work skips: a clean profile, a review-ask routine and a simple page built to get calls.
What kinds of businesses is this for?
Any local business that gets customers from Google Maps: home services like cleaning, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, pest control and electrical; salons, barbers and med spas; dentists and chiropractors; auto shops; restaurants and cafes; and local professional services. If you have a phone number and a real service area or location, you're likely a fit.
What happens after the handoff?
You own everything: the profile, the page and the review-ask templates. The 15-minute handoff call shows you how to keep it updated yourself. If you later want a fuller site, there's an optional Website in a Week upgrade.
