Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of getonmaps.co (the "Site") and any services provided by Get On Maps ("we," "us"), a marketing service. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site provides general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false or unlawful information through it.

Services, scope and payment

  • Each project is described in a written scope or invoice that states what is included and the price. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the written scope controls for that project.
  • Work begins after the scope is agreed and payment (or the agreed deposit) is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Prices shown on the Site are for general information and may change; your written scope sets your price.

No guarantees of results

Search rankings, map placement, review volume, leads and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including Google's own systems and policies. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of reviews, number of leads or business result.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you own or are authorized to manage the business and accounts you ask us to work on.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
  • You agree to follow Google's policies, including not buying, incentivizing or posting fake reviews. We will not create or post fake reviews.

Third-party platforms

Our work often involves third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Those platforms may change their features, rules or decisions (such as verification or suspension) at any time, and we are not responsible for their actions.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, such as your one-page site content and review-ask templates. We may reuse our general know-how, tools and non-client-specific templates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Get On Maps is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
