This Privacy Policy explains how Get On Maps ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit getonmaps.co (the "Site") or contact us. Get On Maps is a small marketing service.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you provide — for example your name, business name, email address, phone number, a link to your Google listing or website, and your message.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of a visit, for security and to keep the Site running.
We do not use advertising trackers on this Site, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To send you information related to your inquiry or project. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example, website hosting and form handling, and email), and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Client account access
If you become a client and grant us access to your Google Business Profile or other accounts, we use that access only to perform the agreed work. You can remove our access at any time.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing michael@getonmaps.co. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Children
This Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
